Refund Policy

1. Summary

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your Premium purchase, no questions asked.

2. How to request

Just get in touch via your receipt email (sent by Paddle) or at yomukana@proton.me, within the 14-day window.

3. Who processes it

Purchases and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method (it may take a few business days to appear on your statement).

4. Your legal rights

This 14-day window covers and preserves the applicable statutory rights of withdrawal (for example, 7 days in Brazil under the CDC and 14 days in the European Union).

5. After the window

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
